What I'm hearing suggests that 200 mm supply might actually be more iffy than 300 mm. It will be ~2004 before 300 mm accounts for more than 10% of silicon area, yet most wafer cap ex is going into 300 mm. More discussion here: semiconductoronline.com{5B571526-EB88-11D4-A76F-00D0B7694F32} Katherine
