Mumbling on the radio here in AZ that the state may face something similar to CA in the future... hard to say if it's just rumormongering. AZ is one of the favorite destinations of fleeing tech's from CA.

Also, what's with this 55mwh thing?? Get the price up and some new generating facilities build no?? I don't get it.
