Mr Edward Lai reports
The company has formed an executive advisory committee to the board of
directors.
The following members will form the new committee:
The Right Honourable John N. Turner, former prime minister of Canada and
partner of Miller Thomson Barristers and Solicitors. Mr Turner is a
director of Noranda Inc, Sun Life Assurance Co, Purolator, Empire Life, and
Beatrice Foods. He will act as chairman of the advisory committee.
Basil Punit is a senior international tax manager with Price Waterhouse in
Toronto. He is involved in providing Canadian, US, and international tax
services to large national and multinational companies.
Mr Edward A. Lai, president, CEO, and director of IBI Corp.
Mr Gerald Harron has over 25 years of exploration and management
experience. He is director of IBI Corp and senior executive for gold mining
and exploration.
Mr Paul Kelley has over 15 years experience in equity funding, company
financing, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures and managing public
companies. He is currently the president of Chimo Management.
