I would think that education leads to agnosticism and not atheism. I don't think any other position is all that defensible in terms of pure logic. An atheist who is absolutely sure about their position is forced to prove a negative (namely, there is no god) which as all you logic buffs know is an impossible task. If you BELIEVE in no god, then you've gone back to belief (although I know the atheists will assert Occam's Razor in their defense).
