It would be interesting to know if Messers Rich and Greene put any of their vast wealth in a numbered Swiss bank account for the benefit of one who assisted them in going unpunished. $48 million is a lot of alleged? tax evasion - and that was only Rich. How much would you pay if you were Rich and Greene for a full pardon?
