One remark, Lynn ........... Bill Gates gives hundred of millions from the proceeds to charity activities, I never heard Scott McNealy doing so.

Further my point is that if SUNW management were bragging on all the CC how rosy the future of SUNW is, then why selling shares at that time and why not buy them now, at 40% from their level in August.

read this sun.com we get this information 18 days late SUNW management gets it daily if not weekly. So they saw business softening from Q4 2000 they sold like mad and told the shareholders on Aug 19 (I think) and same in November that all is "on plan" wen it was not.

QS from this tread was all excited the stock added like $20 to it's share price

So let's move forward to now ....... Why they do not buy and hold including exercising option. Yes they sold all the way into end of November telling shareholders all is nice and dandy ........ but I fear it aint so, I only can conclude that they mislead investors.

Even Sony Chairman came out 9 months ago warning the shareholders that Sony stock price went to high ........ nothing similar was heard from SUNW management ever, but they just quitely sold into the rally profiting on the expense of the public shareholders (I recall I even posted that to you and your response was some type of nonsense ....... diversification)

So may be a class action to return all those illegal acquired gains and then some would be in order.
