The other thing is this... in a market that is looking at the good old ways to evaluate a company...this will not bode well...

Let's face it ... Horowitz had much credibility with regard to operations... Don't forget he had an independent Go2net reporting 29% operating margins prior to the merger... Last quarter the combined INSP/GNET reported 5% operating margins with everybody thinking that with Horowitz at the helm these margins would steadily increase with increasing revenues...

This was specifically mentioned in analyst commentary shortly after the merger....
