I think it's looking good at this price although it's already rebounded 1 today to close @ 32 3/4. I'm personally getting ready to buy tomorrow.

I think the recent decline associated with the decreasing copper price is overstated. CDTC is stil a great company. OK, it may affect the next quarter's earnings, but the long-term outlook hasn't changed (MVOO: My Very Own Opinion).
