In Nov./00 the company announced their 1st quarter results, highlighted by a 36% top line growth over the previous quarter and the 3rd consecutive quarter of growth over 25%. Since then the company has released a series of new products, including "Star View" a family of video modems for security and transportation markets, and a new cellular technology for remote access devices.
In Dec/00 Global Data went through an equity financing via a special warrant @.75 raising $3.5 million so the financing part of the equation looks good.
