Lundin Oil: Sudan: President Al-Bashir Receives Delegation Of International Petroleum Company Group Khartoum, January 22 (SUNA) - President of the Republic Gen. Omer Al-Bashir received Sunday a delegation of the International Petroleum Company group in the presence of the Energy and Mining Minister, Dr. Awad Ahmed Al-Gaz. Dr. Al-Gaz said following the meeting that the delegation affirmed that they would spare no efforts to produce oil in Block No.(5), where work in the first well has been completed. He added that the delegation also hailed cooperation and support accorded to them by the government. He indicated that the delegation congratulated President Al-Bashir on the occasion of his re-election for a second presidential term.
