Hi Dave - I agree mostly what you ve said. I ve seldom seen multiple merger partners stay together for too long. They are al entrepreneurs and that drive alone is a powerful force, unless they truly hit it off. However, while hard charging is ok by me, I am certain about autocratic leaders who thought they could do it again after they lucked out once or twice. I used to own MADGF who CEO was exactly that kind of individual. He hung on to past glory like a birthright. But surprise, the world has left him behind. Thus far, Mr Jain, reputation aside, has delivered his buisness performance. Therefore, I will stick with the stk for the time being. If there are more attrition b/c he rules with iron fist, I will exit with my losses

best, Bosco
