You refer to Nextel's four year business plan which infers knowledge of said plan. What is Nextel's four year plan?

Why do they need to raise yet another $1.2 Billion (with a capital "B")?

With $6 billion in cash, I don't think it is a matter of need, as much as an opportunity to increase their war chest when the market allows. I have no reason to believe it will be used for purposes other than what they claim, do you?
