Diversification reduces risk in any one market..... you can be invested in a broader variety of groups and participate in all of them... if one does well, it covers the one that doesn't do that well... I'm also talking about being diversified into both domestic as well as foreign markets... the only thing that can hurt you then is a global collapse of all the markets..... over all, your risk is minimized and the profits seem to come easier..... diversification is very important, otherwise you're just betting on a horse race..... GZ
