I just wondered if anyone could explain to me why there tends to be a large difference in the Canadian price vs. the OTC.BB price once or twice a year? I know the exchange rate is the usual factor but this week the Canadian price is .11 to .12 per share but the American price fell to .03 per share and has remained there despite increases in the Canadian price. The exchange rate should put the price at .08 American. Anyone offer an explanation? Thanks.
