When you use slander, violent speech or threats, basically the 1st Amendment goes out the window. The first thing other RWEs (like the ones in Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, etc) do is to threaten those who oppose them with ad hominem attacks, vilification or by exposing their personal lives to ridicule with false charges of impropriety then they advance to threats, torture and finally to execution. First Amendment rights mean nothing if you can be bullied into submission. I don't like bullies.
