Hello Shell,

I don't know if I would buy the stock for sure. Writing the
spreads as you suggested might be much less risk and the
ROI is quite high. Looking at the US Utility Index it
appears like a slight technical rebound with more sideways to downside coming. At this point, I see an RSI moving back
towards the 50 marker on the daily chart profile. The upper
is moving downward and the lower BBs is still heading south.
So, there is no way the industry will make new highs anytime
soon.
