Right on. BOD of a public power utility where I reside are getting 6 figure plus bonuses right now for their "Improved Execution". What is that? Selling power to California at usurious rates, and then lining their pockets with the delusion that they are "really performing above and beyond the call of duty."

PS: They do have a couple of token wind generators located out there somewhere...PR effect. The old 60s slogan...Power to the People...must take on a new meaning.
