-A group including Questor Partners Fund L.P. decreased its stake in Impco Technologies Inc. (IMCO, news, msgs) to 9.9%. In a filing Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the group said it beneficially holds 1.02 million common shares of the company after selling 99,000 shares between Nov. 29 and Jan. 16 at prices ranging from $14.00 to $19.06 a share. On Aug. 1, the group reported a 10.9% stake in the company. Based in Cerritos, Calif., Impco Technologies makes advanced fuel-delivery and storage-technology systems and components.
