WSJ(1/23): Advanced Fibre And Sprint Unit In Multiyear Pact From The Wall Street Journal PETALUMA, Calif. -- Advanced Fibre Communications Inc. is expected to announce today that it has signed a $200 million multiyear agreement with Sprint North Supply, a subsidiary of Sprint Corp. Under the three-year agreement, Sprint North Supply will purchase high-speed Internet and other telecommunications equipment through Advanced Fibre. Sprint North Supply is the distribution arm of Sprint, based in Westwood, Kan. (END) DOW JONES NEWS 01-23-01
