KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 23, 2001--SEDONA(R) Corporation (NASDAQ: SDNA), (www.SEDONAcorp.com) announced City National Bank, a California-based bank and a subsidiary of City National Corporation (NYSE: CYN), has selected SEDONA'S customer relationship management (CRM) solution, Intarsia(TM), to provide new capabilities in better managing its customer relationships.
Intarsia will be used and implemented by the marketing department to serve the bank's entire network of nearly 50 bank branches throughout California.
"There are certain capabilities in SEDONA's product that are missing from other marketing customer information products we looked at," said Minnie Dimesa, direct marketing manager, City National Bank. "Intarsia had the most flexibility and the best data cleansing and householding routines."
Intarsia, available for purchase or by license as an ASP solution, is an Internet CRM application for small-to-mid-sized financial service companies. Using Intarsia, SEDONA clients can manage their products and services to better meet the needs of customers and prospects.
