Mindready Solutions Inc. Announces Exercise of
Over-Allotment Option
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--JANUARY 23, 2001 - 09:00 EST
Mindready Solutions Inc., a leading supplier of
test engineering and real-time communications solutions, announced
today that the underwriters of the company's recently completed
initial public offering have exercised their over-allotment option
to purchase an additional 375,000 subordinate voting shares at the
IPO price of CAN$12 per share. Mindready's completion of the
offering results in the issuance of a total of 2,875,000
subordinate voting shares for a gross proceeds of CAN$34,500,000.
The over-allotment option was granted in connection with
Mindready's initial public offering of 2,500,000 subordinate
voting shares, which began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange
on Thursday, 21 December 2001. Following the offering, Mindready
will have a total of 10,999,409 subordinate voting shares and
1,000,000 multiple voting shares outstanding. The underwriting
syndicate was led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc., and includes
CIBC World Markets Inc., Yorkton Securities Inc., Desjardins
Securities Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc.
