Well...Nichols....that of course was my opinion ( that Bush owes CA nothing ).
But Bush is nice....as I said so often before

:)

So he'll try and help CA get out of their funk.

However I am certain that he will require of them to do their
patriotic duties first:

-Put back to use the Energy Plants they mothballed for environmental reasons
-Let the price the consumer pays for energy float to true market value,
( ie CA, your mother does not live here anymore).

This is called the cold turkey method.

The beauty of it Nichols is that it works,
