NurLogic Extends Intellectual Property Connectivity Capabilities With $5 Million Investment From Rambus Strategic Partnership Between Leading IP Providers Fuels Further Innovation In Semiconductor Connectivity Technology
SAN DIEGO, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- NurLogic Design, Inc., a privately held, high-growth, semiconductor technology and intellectual property (IP) company, today announced the close of a $5 million round of corporate financing from Rambus Inc., (Nasdaq: RMBS - news), the leading provider of high- bandwidth chip-connection technologies. This investment marks the first outside funding for the four-year-old profitable company, and will be applied towards the further expansion of technology, marketing, and business development of NurLogic's connectivity and communications product roadmap.
