Regarding Content Management and tornadoes:

From Interwoven's quarterly results:
biz.yahoo.com
"For the year ended December 31, 2000, total revenues were $132.1 million, a 686% increase over revenues of $16.8 million for the comparable period in 1999."

Now I have a question about their cash flow. They claim .02 net for the quarter if they add back acquisition related costs and stock based compensation. I can understand the acquisition costs being added back, but what about the compensation? Is that typically added back? There's also 2.8 million in interest for the quarter, which is about .03/share.

Regarding potential Content Management Gorillas: it would seem the choices would be Vignette, Interwoven, Broadvision and Intranet Solutions. Are there others that should be considered? Is there Gorilla potential in this space? (I think so, but I'd like some outside perspective, since I'm fairly biased<g>.)

Any questions or answers would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Tom CF
