We just consummated a major strategic alliance agreement with Anderson Lithographic of Commerce, California (www.andlitho.com) to sell and lithographically print our LivingImage(SM) Marketing Communication Solutions. Anderson is one of the largest and most respected lithographic printers in the United States with a substantial nationwide client base and national sales force. With annual sales of $200 Million and a national sales force of 45 located in sales offices in Los Angeles, Detroit, Chicago, New York, Dallas, San Francisco, Atlanta and Seattle, Anderson will offer our LivingImage(SM) Marketing Communication Solutions to their clients and prospective clients starting in January 2001.
We have also strengthened our strategic alliance agreement with Photobition-Phoenix of Phoenix, Arizona (www.imcraft.com) to sell and photographically print our large LivingImage(SM) Marketing Communication Solutions. Photobition-Phoenix is the largest photographic printer in Phoenix with a national trade show client base and a regional/national sales force dedicated to selling large format photographic printing. With a sales force of 7 located in Phoenix, Photobition-Phoenix will offer our LivingImage(SM) Marketing Communication Solutions to their clients and prospective clients.

This simultaneous and mammoth sales effort will be coordinated by our Vice President of Business Development and further supported by our Marketing & Customer Support Center.
