Here we go again! Jimmy Carter had an energy policy which "included funding for alternative and renewable sources of energy." That policy was killed by the Reagan Administration. Now the Bush Administration and Frank Murkowksi are proposing the same policy. I guess Jimmy Carter was just ahead of his time.

"Alaska Sen. Frank Murkowski, head of the Senate Energy committee, was preparing to introduce Bush-endorsed legislation for a broad energy plan, which includes opening the refuge. The bill would also include funding for alternative and renewable sources of energy."
