That is not Kryptonite, it is frozen water,.... as in ice. Crystalline clear, same as Kryptonite, and every bit as hard.

Stop drooling or breathing on that button, and eventually sublimation (notice NOT melting) will make the problem go away. Having it frozen over is also keeping you out of trouble as well. You can also try various forms of alcohol (perhaps even in gaseous form, as found in the standard exhaled air from "salties"). Should unlock it pronto. Sticking it into the nearby salt water sea, might also unstick it for the moment, but you would probably be borne away in the waves. Even if you managed not to drown, it would then corrode so badly that you would never be able to get it to work again, short of smashing it with a sledge hammer. (VBG)

Here in the more sublime climes associated with Canada's "banana belt", my sell button is well lubricated with LPS#2 (Not 5) and is being limbered up.
