isn't it nice to encounter helpful, knowledgeable support people? so very refreshing. i'd venture to say that more and more, this is becoming the norm. not exclusively, but more so than ever. just my personal observation. <g3>
where this is NOT the norm, and helpful, knowledgeable people are NOT frequently encountered, seems to be in various branches of the government. i've run into some very stubborn, narrow-minded, uncaring, defensive people when i make contact with a government agency.
again, not always, but this is where they live, imo. government. firmly entrenched and without really having to answer to the public, despite what you might think about elections and democracy. just one too many meals at the trough, as it were.
