I don't think yhoo will fold -- it will become next-to-irrelevant as a business in terms of market cap etc. -- it is already getting close to that point. When the market marks it down to its PEG it will be chopped down to the single digits in stock price. But I see no reason for it to go bankrupt.

Have you studied the business model of Yahoo? Have you looked at their potential options regarding different types of revenue streams?

I just want to be sure your fundamental analysis for Yahoo is better than that for Digital Island or LSI logic or gold mining firms.
