"identify them, give them numbers . . ." Never thought of giving individual retail customers numbers but it makes perfect sense in terms of being able to target upgrades, new products etc. to your best prospects . . . your existing customers. I don't know if the customer gets a Tracker number but the products certainly need them. For that matter, why couldn't the customer have a Tracker number inside the system? Let's eliminate that void, by all means!
