All: DNAP - Soarer - or sucker puncher? Pink Sheet prize or pig?

Ok. We've all seen the pumping on SI of DNAPrint Genomics, Inc. The company is located in Sarasota and claims to be headed for the cutting edge of individualized DNA medical diagnosis and treatment. Someone -- I can't remember who -- posts various message everywhere on SI, it seems, pumping this pink sheet stock as a marvelous investment. You (or at least "I") can't get a quote or much useful information about it on SI. Since late November or so, the company's been promising to 'graduate' to the BB; not much of a step up, I grant you. But even that continues to be delayed, or so it seems.

I happened across the SEC 8_K filing by accident. Here it is:
sec.gov

I don't want to be negative. I really don't. But the filing has the smell to me of having been written by a rank amateur with limited knowledge of the U.S. governmental system ("The president enacted legislation") or English. This does not count for much, I know, other than to show that whoever wrote the 8K isn't your usual SEC attorney type.

As for the medical stuff -- I don't know for sure. Again, it sort of strikes me as amateurish and not a little like the bullsh*t on an essay exam. But I could be wrong. Probably am.

Would someone... anyone... ... everyone ... Please take a look and tell me if you think DNAP is as breathlessly wonderful as the promotors seem to believe. Or is it a transparently stupid deal?

While you're at it, you might want to address these misgivings of mine:

1. Company seems to have little or no income - or expenses, for that matter.
2. Company has roots in a Utah shell it merged with last year. I don't know about the rest of you, but my personal experience has been Utah is a haven for a lot of junk science companies. Not a good omen.
3. While DNAP touts "partnerships" with the like of Orchid and Rosetta, et al., so far I can't find much to back it up except DNAP buys stuff like DNA "kits" from them and sells a very little back to them. I'm probably missing something here because I haven't finished researching.
4. The Miami and other university connections are nice, I suppose, but what do they really mean?
5. Is there anything viable you can see in the business plan other than futuristic theories that sooner or later everyone will have their DNA profile on a CD Rom disc?
