Am I right that insiders cannot sell within 30 days prior to or until 2 days after earnings are announced? This might help explain the action on CORV today. So although a gazillion shares unlocked today, they can't actually sell until next week since they report earnings after the bell on Thurs. If I'm wrong, would someone please point me to the correct info? TIA...
