Announces That It Is Now a Fully Reporting Company FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 23, 2001--21st Century Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets:TEXN) today announced that it is now officially a 12(g) reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Company Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kenneth Wilson also added that the company is in the process of assembling recent news and sales information on each of its divisions for an upcoming news release.
