sure, it's a non-confirmation for NOW. that could change. likewise, and more importantly imo, we have an ongoing non-confirmation of Dow Indu/tran according to Dow theory, as well as a INDU/breadth non-confirmation, which persists until the Dow can clear its Jan 3 high. besides, we have everybody looking up, in defiance of (economic) reality. don't forget, it's not Russia anymore that's in trouble...
