The big sale didn't last long. I suppose they got enough of a cash infusion. Once these sales hit the "deal" boards it becomes a feeding frenzy. Macys learned the hard way this weekend with the big coupon snafu that let people use multiple coupons on things that normally never go on sale - such as Waterford, cosmetics, and fragrances. One of the bad things about ordering online is the way they ship. I ordered a dollhouse for my niece and Etoys shipped it by placing a label on the box itself. By the time the box made it to the destination it was beat all to hell. She was there when it was delivered so it spoiled the surprise. I can live with it for the price I paid. However, had I paid their normal price I would not be very happy about their shipping policy. At least Amazon now puts up a notice on the items that may be shipped in this manner.
