levy, Harmony? We don't need no stinking harmony. Sorry, slipped into "yahoo" mode. The TOU clearly states this is allowed after two days of double digit percentage decline. Expect more of this behavior from me, as I understand it is also allowed after two days of double digit increases.* HAGO TH *TH has been to known to make up rules and tell lies.
