I have the easiest way to poach eggs.

Need;
small saucepan.
3/4 full with water
bring to a boil.
Use a large spoon, the type with the holes in the bottom to scoop and drain (don't know what you call it)

Crack raw egg into a custard dish,
stir boiling water clockwise (just because) with right hand
pour raw egg in boiling water with the left.
keep the water moving
When egg turns white, about 1 min, depending on how well you want it cooked,
scoop out with large spoon
