Art...They should not have a problem in India testing for Aids.. They have a real problem.. The Western Blot method is not very good . It is not accurate at all and is run twice to see if a mistake was made. CMTR @ 100% is very good. better than the kiss method.. News at end of day does not add to the stock.. Approval in 2 years... why not 50 years...I hope it is sooner..
