Let's talk again in three years when the deficit is back up to $300 billion. Bush's tax cut while require tax base growth upwards of 10% per year combined with stable interest rates, just to stay above water. Does that make any sense to anybody who has been conscious for the last 10 years, and has an IQ greater than 40?
