Eric L: Thanks for the education on SMS and related "messaging". Agree that SMS is "data" and shows "tornado" proclivities. As someone who once held Phone.com for its WAP possibilities, but dropped last spring, I am now attracted to its successor company Openwave which not only continues with WAP but bridges to a roughly equal internet competence. This seems like the company is itself a mini wireless / internet nexus - with SMS front and center. Isn't Openwave worth some DD? Would like to learn more, and will do what I can to do just that. (Of course, will value your opinion in that process) Off to see what I can learn further. Best as always. Cha2 PS Assume you will cover SMS and other "messaging" in your Nokia report as that seems to be a major Nokia strength.
