Mike: I looked up the average consumer rates for electricity in califonia and was shocked to see that they paid less than I paid in cleveland ohio 10 years ago. (I was paying 13c/kwh) I wonder if they will require the average consumer to pay the actual cost of electricity one of these days...... On a different note, do you still like tgx ? They have kind of stood still over the past year or so. Are you familiar at all with their pipeline ? thanks
