What's disturbing in Viterbi retiring from Qualcomm board and joining data competitor qualcomm.com " Mr. Sulpizio fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Dr. Andrew Viterbi, former vice chairman and chief technical officer of QUALCOMM, who recently resigned from his Board position following his retirement from the Company in March 2000."
