York Times article about the SEC suit

mary.cc

Lots more info. about John Westergaard the crook at newly launched "Cyberstation WBN" mary.cc

This guy was threatening to sue me for a year but never did. I wasn't even anonymous on the yahoo and raging bull boards! He kept emailing me "THE PAPERS ARE IN THE MAIL!!!" I kept posting that his numbers made no sense. When the report came out and I was proved correct, the stock dumped. $9 to 4 cents. When the SEC and BIKR shareholders got ready to sue him, he then threw the BIKR CEO under the bus. Then the BIKR CEO threw the analyst under the bus. I have all of this in email. Now the LA SEC office has it too.

PPD a stock he also "covered" just got a class action lawsuit for shareholder fraud. A few of the others that he covered are bankrupt. Needless to say none of them met their financial "predictions."

I also think he's faking his illness. I see him online on AOL all day long. He returns email in less than a minute and types like a mad man. If he had prostate and spine cancer, I don't think he could do this.
