Thanks Scott. At our elevation, the average July high is 76 and the winters are mild. You could have easily played golf here the last 3 sun drenched days. Can't always play in Jan. but enough. Plus we get enough snow to make it interesting but not really a nusance. They do have ski slopes here, but nothing really compared to the west. Have long spring and fall with fall colors on par with New England and more varieties of hardwood tree than any place on earth. Tall Eastern White pines and Canadian Hemlocks abound. In the spring the rodos and mountain laural bloom-
beautiful.
