All you had to mention was the roots being a Utah shell company......I wouldn't look any further. Truly amazes me that Utah, of all states, has such a history of fly-by-night operations in scam stock companies.

Now here is one for you to look at..SEMX. Actually making money and trading at book value. What do you think?
