Michael, I believe you are wrong in regards to the Chinese getting the missile guidance system prior to Clinton. Clinton approved the guidance systems sales through the Commerce Department and did it without the Pentagon's permission or approval. The Department of Commerce was headed by Brown, if I'm not mistaken, and he died in a plain crash along with a few others after the sale. You are correct in regards to the 7th Fleet. Take Care Steve
