I just realized that lurqer posted a link to this article HaHa. Beatcha! In response to your question last night about the size of existing CDMA buildout in Chiner. Intriguing. Since the network was formerly owned by the military, that it could be both huge and a "secret" is certainly possible. Maybe we'll have some clarification with the upcoming cc.
