I will be buying shares of FMO by Friday. My son used to work for them in Tech Support. Their home office is in Southfield Mich. on Northwestern Hwy. He told me that frequently some farmer from Iowa would call in about an IH Tractor made during WWII and bet they didn't have the bearings or rings for it. It would only take a minute to cross reference those bearings and rings with the product currently made to find the right fit.The current asbestos litigation will not sink the company, contrary to public opinion. Overall FMO is a well managed company, that tried to be a major supplier to the OEM manufactures (F. GM, DCX) when the real money was in the aftermarket where there is less pricing pressure. Its a reasonable risk at todays prices. Any engine rebuilder is well familiar with their products. Not as high tech as KLAC, LRCX or AMAT, but still impressive when you see the machines that make the parts that make your car.
