Did it ever occur to you that maybe insiders selling stock to raise cash allows them to exercise options and warrants which in turn creates cash flow for the company. I do not know what kind of option plan Solv has but at these low prices it would make sense to me for them raise cash like this. It has been done before and it allows the company to raise the needed capital bypassing investment bankers and loan sharks like ML. Just a thought of mine.
