WILLIET,

Re: manipulation by the MM's. I don't know if anyone watched the open tick by tick, but the trades were consistently 1/2 to 1 point above the bid ask. IMHO, the MM's would not allow a rally at the open, had pretty good control all day. NEVER seen trading like I saw today within the first 10 minutes of the open.

It is very easy to suspect Intel of manipulation to aquire buy back shares at cheap prices, especially when you read the earnings warning press release. It couldn't have been written in a more negative manner. However, I'm not QUITE that cynical, YET. If that was their intention, they did add value by lowering the cost of employee compensation. I wonder if there is any way to find out how many shares they bought Friday, yesterday and today.

Hope your prediction for "one more day" is correct.

John
